Problem solving:
The email is sent instantly so if the email hasn't arrived it has been filtered to either a spam or junk folder. Most common problem is people use email clients like windows mail, outlook, thunderbird, and check their spam folder on them. However if you don't see the email in your email client, the email will have been filtered by your email provider, so you need to login to your email account through an internet browser and you will find you have a spam or junk folder there, where almost certainly the email will be.
